For Valentine’s Day, Lana Lusa presents a special Valentine’s Day menu experience curated by Chef Helio alongside the à la carte menu. The offering is designed for couples looking for a seated dinner built around Mediterranean flavours and feel-like-home dishes.
The à la carte menu features dishes like the Lana Lusa’s asparagus with poached egg and fresh truffle, where tender spears are paired with a perfectly set egg and finished with aromatic truffle, adding depth and richness without overpowering the dish. Seafood enthusiasts can opt for the seared seabass, served with a smooth green pea purée and finished with a lemon butter sauce that brings balance and freshness to the plate. To end the night on a sweet note, a light pavlova topped with red fruits is served for dessert.
A live singer performs throughout the evening, and all ladies receive flowers as part of the experience.
