TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This competition is open to residents of the UAE only
• Winners will be chosen on highest number of votes 
• No fake, paid or bot profiles will be considered
• Photos shared before 4 March 2024 will not be eligible for participation
• DMCC reserves the right to disqualify any submission if entries are suspected to have paid comments
• By submitting your photo, you agree to let DMCC use your photo in marketing materials, with full credit given to the photographer
• All participants must be following Uptown Dubai on Instagram
• If submission has been shared on stories or a private account, the photo must be sent to Uptown Dubai's direct messages in order to participate
• Photos must be original images taken by the individual
• Photos must not be artificially created
• Photos can be taken on professional cameras or mobile phones
• All winners are required to present valid proof of identification upon receipt of prize(s) 
• Winners are required to collect their earnings at DMCC Offices at Uptown Tower 
• Gift vouchers can only be used for the settlement of the service mentioned
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other offers or vouchers
• Original vouchers must be presented upon use of prize
• No voucher re-issuance in any case of loss or damage
• Any additional cost, exceeding the cost of the vouchers, will be paid directly by the client
• Reservations for the SO/ Uptown Dubai staycation package are required in advance, subject to availability at the time of booking
• Staycation voucher does not apply for special events, any other promotion or black-out dates
