With over 12 years of experience, Soner Muran began his culinary adventure in Turkey, graduating from the country's most prestigious culinary school. This foundational experience ignited a deep passion for Mediterranean and coastal cuisine, where fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors take center stage.

 

His career took off in Turkey’s most renowned F&B groups, where he honed his skills in some of the nation's most high-end establishments. The fast-paced environment of these elite kitchens taught him not only the art of cooking but the science of crafting menus that tell a story with every dish.

 

Eager to broaden his horizons, Soner Muran embarked on an international journey, bringing his expertise to the luxurious hotel chains of Dubai.
